Healing Body, Speech and Mind through Practice on the Five Elements with Khenpo Tenzin Dargye

Khenpo Tendar

June 29th – SATURDAY ONLY 10am-4pm – Understanding the five primordial elements of space, air, fire, water, and earth is a fundamental wisdom of Bön teachings. The interactions of these essential forces gives rise to all phenomena, and awareness of these relationships forms the basis for much of Tibetan culture, including medicine, astrology, the calendar, and, of course, spiritual practice. Khenpo la will guide students in practices to develop awareness of the various ways the Five Elements manifest, and discuss how their effects can be activated or healed.
