April 27th, 2013 — 10 am – 4 pm – Kek-sel is a practice from the Tantric tradition used to remove obscurations from body, speech and mind and infuse them with positive, healing energy. Training under the renowned Tibetan doctor Amchi Chokpar, Lama Youngdrung honed his skills in applying this healing method for several years in Tibet. During this teaching, Lama la will share with us the specific practices he uses to skillfully manipulate the body’s energy channels to resolve underlying ailments. He will also offer instruction on the healing properties of particular mantras and the benefits of sound energy.
