– Honoring the Bön Kangyur, Gyalshen now has a complete copy of the entire teachings of Tonpa Shenrab which comprise 179 volumes. –Consecration of Gyalshen’s Tonpa Shenrab Statue, –Additional blessings for practitioners’ Bön statues at home.
Please join us in celebrating the arrival of a complete copy of the precious text of the Bön Kangyur which contains the original teachings of Buddha Tonpa Shenrab. Led by Chaphur Rinpoche and a visiting lama, we will be expressing our gratitude and desire to be blessed with the deep integration of these essential Bön teachings into our everyday lives.
In addition, Chaphur Rinpoche and Lama Samdup will be leading us in the consecration ritual of Gyalshen’s newly arrived Tonpa Shenrab statue. We ask that all practitioners place their previously consecrated Bön statues in front of them for the duration of the consecration ritual so that they will receive additional powerful blessings.
If you have a Bön statue that has not yet been consecrated, you are welcome to mail it to Gyalshen Institute at: 1608 Bonita Road , San Pablo , California, 04806 as soon as possible. It must arrive no later than July 11, 2022 to be consecrated during the Full Moon Ceremony. Please include a donation to cover the cost of return postage. Handouts will be provided.
