ASTROLOGICAL READINGS for the TIBETAN YEAR 3161
(2025 in the Western Calendar).
Dear Friends,
We recently celebrated Losar, the beginning of the Tibetan Year 3161, which is 2025 in our Western calendar. 2025 is regarded by Tibetan Astrology as a very challenging year. We have already felt serious challenges in every part of our national and world wide environment as well as strong obstacles within our nearby circle of friends and family. During our March full moon teaching, Chaphur Rinpoche instructed us regarding using the Bar-Che Lam-Sel prayers to clear the obstacles on our path and to open the way for the fulfillment of our good wishes benefitting ourselves and others. 
Many of our students have expressed a desire to learn more about the particular obstacles arising for them during this year. In order to make more detailed predictions of obstacles, conditions arising, and the remedies needed, Gyalshen Institute has arranged for Geshe Khenrab Gyatso to provide individual astrological readings for students who would like this information. Please see Geshe Khenrab Gyatso’s biography below.
There are two types of astrological readings that Geshe Khenrab Gyatso is willing to research for individual students:
The first type is Keg Tsi. It will tell you about the following:
- Obstacles arising during this year.
- Lucky and unlucky things occurring
- Health conditions to be aware of this year
- Spiritual and material remedies for the obstacles occurring.
The second type of astrological reading is Tse Tsi. It includes information about:
- Your life span
- Obstacles in your life
- The number of children you will likely have in your life
- Conditions of your life at different life stages
- Your previous life
- Your next life
- Your protector deities or Yidam.
The plan is for Geshe Kenrab Gyatso to do the astrological research and calculations taking note of the results in Tibetan. A zoom session will then be set up with you, Geshe la and Chaphur Rinpoche. Geshe la will share the results in Tibetan and Chaphur Rinpoche will assist with translating them into English. Arrangements can also be made to have a Polish or Spanish translator present on zoom if needed.
When you register, you will need to provide the date, time and place of your birth. For the Tse Tsi readings, it is beneficial to provide additional information regarding your parents’ birthdays: the date, time and place of each if known.
